1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Jasmine Wonders (“we”, “us”, “our”) covering your use of this website, our online course reader and any digital products you purchase (“Materials”). By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. Digital products
We sell digital educational Materials — lecture series, study notes, formula references and bundles — supplied as PDF documents. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes the documents, page counts, language and level included.
We work hard to keep descriptions accurate. Minor differences in layout or formatting do not affect the content you purchased. We may improve, correct or re-issue Materials over time.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you complete checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners through a PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and your access link is issued.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error or abuse, with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Delivery and access
After payment we automatically email a private link to your personal online reader, where you can read and download the Materials. Access links are valid for 12 months from issue and can be re-issued at any time from the Access my courses page using the email address on your order.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for keeping your link confidential. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, spam filtering or third-party email outages, but we will always help you regain access.
5. Your licence
When you purchase Materials we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access, view, download and print them for your own private study and non-commercial reference.
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
- share, forward or publish your access link, or give others access to your reader;
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, upload or otherwise make the Materials available to others, including on file-sharing sites, social media, messaging groups or learning platforms;
- remove or alter any copyright notices, credits or attributions;
- use the Materials to create competing products or to train automated systems; or
- use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download or circumvent any access controls.
Instructors and institutions who want to use Materials with a group should contact us for a group arrangement. Breach of this licence may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
6. Intellectual property
The Materials, the Jasmine Wonders name and logo, the course covers, and the design and content of this website are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Materials remain the property of Jasmine Wonders and/or the authors and licensors credited on each product page. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us with details of the work and your contact information and we will review and respond promptly.
7. Educational use only
Materials are provided for education and revision. They are not professional engineering, surveying, legal or financial advice and do not replace applicable codes, standards, specifications or the judgement of a qualified, licensed professional. You are responsible for independently verifying any method, formula or result before relying on it for design, construction, boundary determination, cost estimation or any other real-world purpose.
8. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to other customers' Materials or our systems, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
We aim for accurate, high-quality Materials and a reliable service, but to the fullest extent permitted by law the site and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or Materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
12. Governing law and contact
