Delivery is fully automatic. As soon as Shopify confirms your payment, we email you a private link to your personal course reader. Most customers receive it within a minute. The email comes from Jasmine Wonders and is titled “Your Jasmine Wonders courses are ready”.

First check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it isn't there, go to the “Access my courses” page and enter the email address you used at checkout — we'll send a fresh link immediately. If that doesn't work, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.

Checkout is handled by Shopify, so you can pay with major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets Shopify supports in your region (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We never see or store your card details.

No. Your access is tied to your private link and the email address used at checkout. Keep the email safe, or request a new link any time from the “Access my courses” page.

Yes — the access link is sent to the email entered at checkout, so enter the recipient's email to gift a course. Each purchase is a single-user licence; for classes or teams, buy one copy per learner or contact us about group arrangements.

Any modern device with a web browser — iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows, macOS, Linux and Chromebooks. The reader works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox with no app or plugin to install.

Yes. Every document has a secure Download button in the reader, so you can save the PDFs and study offline in any PDF app.

Reader links are valid for 12 months from when they are issued. You can request a fresh link at any time with the email you used at checkout, and any PDFs you download are yours to keep for personal use.

Please don't. Links are personal and licensed for a single user. Shared or publicly posted links may be revoked. Classmates can buy their own copy — bundles make it affordable.

Every document is a PDF. Most are lecture slide decks or typed notes; a few are high-resolution scans of handwritten worked solutions, which we have optimised for fast loading on phones.

Almost all materials are in English. The Cadastral Surveying Lectures are in Arabic, with the English technical terms kept alongside. Language is listed on every product page.

Each product shows a level. Foundation titles assume no prior knowledge beyond school mathematics; Intermediate and Advanced titles build on first-stage surveying and trigonometry.

Course documents are lecture notes and study packs prepared by university lecturers and surveying departments, credited on every product page under “Source material credits”.

Because access is instant, digital sales are generally final. We will always make it right if a file is faulty, you were charged twice, or your link never arrived and we can't fix it. See the Refund Policy for full details.
